What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-5 days to process your order and then between 5 and 10 days to deliver it to you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We deliver to the EU, and some countries internationally.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Paris . Our logistics warehouse is located in Tremblay-en-France.

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Yes, wait 5 days after your order and ask us by email at contact@valorise.com

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

We are located in Paris in Ile de France.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We refund orders that have not yet been shipped.

No refunds are accepted while a package is in delivery.
